What does my entry fee include?

A complementary bottle of wine from multi award-winning Saint Clair Estate Wines (but only if you finish!), automatic timing transponder and 5% per entry will be donated to Project K Marlborough. You’ll also receive a Saint Clair Vineyard Half Marathon drink bottle with Peak Fuel hydration sachet in your race pack.

Withdrawals

Entry Fees are refundable up until 31 March 2010. Prior to this date, $20 of the entry fee will be retained to cover administration and handling costs for each withdrawal. Entries can only be withdrawn if notice is received in writing up to 31 March 2010 to rachel@sparkevents.co.nz

Entry Transfers

Participants can formally transfer between event sections or transfer their entry to someone else up until Wednesday 21st April 2010. Due to the amount of processing and administration required a transferring fee of $20.00 applies if transferring an entry to/from someone else only.

If transferring an entry between sections simply:

  1. Email rachel@sparkevents.co.nz outlining your request to transfer to a different event section.
  2. You will receive a new e-ticket confirmation once the transfer has been processed.
  3. There is no charge to transfer between sections.

If transferring your entry to someone else:

  1. The person receiving the transferred entry (taking up the new entry) needs to download a hard copy of the entry form and complete the entry form in full.
  2. Mark clearly on the top of the form that it is an ENTRY TRANSFER.
  3. Include credit card details (or post a cheque) on the entry form for the $20.00 transfer fee.
  4. Attach the entry form to the original entrant's e-ticket and email or post through to the Event Organisers (details are on the entry form)
  5. The new entrant will receive a new e-ticket confirmation once the transfer has been processed. 

Confirmation (eTicket)

An eTicket confirmation will be automatically emailed to all entrants who successfully complete their online entry. Those who enter using a paper entry form will receive their eTicket by post. If for any reason you do not receive your eTicket by email within 24 hours of entering online, or any of your entry details are incorrect, please email rachel@sparkevents.co.nz. 

Change of Details

 

If any of your personal details change prior to the event please email mailto:rachel@sparkevents.co.nz.

Race Pack Pick Up
